With a backlog of other deadlines and other staff assigned to conflicting priorities, this poses a problem for the product team. The CTO asked you to inform the product team and ask for their cooperation. He also asked that you get them to prioritize this assignment over others, and offered to help them communicate the change in priorities to other stakeholders within the organization.
There are 320 employees in the product team and you decide it would be most economical and accurate to give each employee a memo.

Scenario 3: #
You are the proposal manager for a software company. You receive an angry letter from GTB, a client who complains that you terminated their contract. The contract was discontinued for a reason; it provided the wrong product expectations for enterprise customers who make up the majority of the revenue. Instead, you advise management to add a pay-per-usage plan. After consulting with the product marketing manager, you suggested they offer enterprise customers this new pricing plan.
