The following is base on the following application: https://www.pmi.org/disciplined-agile/da-browser
Objectives #
Vision #
Disciplined Agile allows organizations to accelerate their improvement efforts by applying the features of the tool kit. To utilize this toolkit, the DA Browser will enable users and students to view and choose process goals and options during any project phase.
The DA Browser enables users to easily search for and browse hundreds of agile, lean, and serial techniques. The DA browser does not allow users to insert text in this application.
The Project Management Institute (PMI) envisions the DA Browser as an effective tool for users to learn how to use Disciplined Agile and create their Way of Working.
**The DA Browser links to additional PMI learning resources for each process goal.
Product goals for 2023:
- Utilization of product with a minimum of 100,000 users per month.
- Authorized Training Partners (ATP) utilize the product and become the #1 referrer.
- Provide easily accessible 1-click resources so users can access more information.
- Provide a 1-click tech support section with no more than a 60-second wait time.
- Become one of the top 5 webpages on the Google search engine for a Disciplined Agile Way of Working.
Manual metrics, identified as ideal, capture short and long-term success. Captured through human intervention—precisely upon exit intent—a survey asks the user how they liked their experience using the product.
This method reasonably fits qualitative measures and provides a historical view for each iteration, which is ideal for this no-cost product.

Features #
Features #
As a user of the DA Browser, I want to use the product to help my team prepare for upcoming projects, so I have flexibility using a digital version of the process goals and options.
Description #
Beta release of the DA Browser.
Purpose #
The DA Browser allows users (both students and standard users) to navigate through the process goals and decision points as they form their Way of Working.
User Problem #
Students and standard users currently use the paper copy, Choose Your WoW to form their way of working. This time-consuming method causes technical waste in the workplace as they study for their certification.
