This memo informs staff of an upcoming change in scheduling software. Terry Robins Dermatology will move away from the current Book Now software and implement the new Clarity Booking software on January 15. This new software is capable of booking more patients more quickly. Please use this information to prepare for the in-person training for this new software.
Clarity Booking is selected based on the following:
- Enhanced User Interface
- Text-message patient reminders
- Aggregate bookings and provide a monthly report
- Practical error checking to prevent user inaccuracies
Installation of the Clarity Booking software is scheduled for Monday, January 15. A Clarity representative will provide on-site training for all staff members on the 15th.
Be aware that each staff member is required to arrive 60 mins before the start of the shift on Monday.** Please bring a device on which to take notes. These notes are to be converted to a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) by each staff member and submitted to Dr. Robbins by end-of-day Monday.

** Please document this overtime on your timesheet. Standard time-and-a-half paid on the 30th pay period.
